This hotel is a good option if you have your own transportation and are familiar with the city, as there are no places to eat either in the hotel or nearby. The staff can make you a nice cup of tea, and breakfast is available if it’s included in your booking, although the food is prepared off-site. The hotel is located on the 4th floor of a building that is still under construction. The other floors are unfinished and accessible, but since you take the elevator directly to the hotel, you usually don’t notice it—unless the elevator is out of service, as happened once, and I had to use the stairs. Although the building is new, there were some issues with the room: in several places, the plaster on the walls was peeling. It didn’t affect the stay, but it doesn’t look great. On the positive side, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the hot water pressure is good. However, the bathroom walls could be cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, the cleanliness of the rooms and corridors is good. Still, the value for money could be better. That said, I’d like to thank the staff — they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
