10.0We were able to have an early check in, which was super helpful as we were traveling with two kids. It was a great place for kids, especially that the swimming pool had a fence, which makes the place also rather safe for small kids.
− It would be nice to have some basic stuff like salt and pepper.

− Occasional rat in the garden. Pool pump was noisy overnight. Mattress was not to my preference but otherwise it was amazing

8.0Die weitläufige Art des Hauses empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Die Lage zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
− Keine Handtücher für den Pool, keine guten Schneidemesser. Das dritte Bad ist bei kühlen Temperaturen nicht zu gebrauchen.
Spacious traditional villa in a fantastic location.
8.0Amazing location, just a few minutes to the shops, restaurants and beach. Lots of space. Really comfortable beds. Well kept garden. Pool was clean. Air con worked well. Lovely lady came to help when we lost power.
− Pool was small and the fence is so close to the edge of the pool so you can’t sit by the pool. Dishwasher was pretty bad.

10.0Beach 200m away. Nice and silent area. Shop's in the near streets. Accommodation had all the necessary amenities. Easy check in.

− Äldre inredning i huset. Kan bara köra tvättmaskin eller diskmaskin, det funkar inte samtidigt för då går strömmen.
Good to know
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On check-out day, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, closer to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for all guests to register.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
