10.0Прекрасный дом! В тихом месте. В двух минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Три спальни. В каждой комнате кондиционер. Быстрый интернет. Удобная, просторная терраса с большим столом, газовым грилем и душем. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым оборудованием и всей необходимой посудой. Есть парковка на два автомобиля.

10.0It was a wonderful stay. We were five people, all the rooms were really comfortable and clean. The householder was so hospitable. He welcomed us and introduced the house so kindly. The house had everything that we need. Even the bottle of waters and lots of toilet papers(normally we would have to buy those needs when we first arrive to the rental houses). He answered all of the question whenever we asked on the phone, he was really caring and helpful. The location of the house was bonus for us. It is 5 min away from the sea by walking. You can easily reach to the beach anytime you want. Also it takes 10-15 min to walk to the center of the Nikiti if you want to walk around and see the markets and go eat at some restaurants. Thank you for making our vacation so lovely. Hope we come again next year.

10.0Nice cozy place close to the sandy beach and lots of restaurants near by. The house is well maintained and has good facilities, Rooms are spacious AC in every room two bathrooms inside and one shower outside, a nice terrace and BBQ. Facilities available too. The hosts were vey nice and welcoming and instructed us well with all appliances as well as the surroundings to explore. We highly recommend this location.
