Grave situazione di sporcizia. Camera fredda e umida, all'interno di un cantiere.

− Inaccettabile. Ho scritto all'assistenza clienti di Booking per segnalare la grave situazione di sporcizia della camera. Il residence si trova all'interno di un cantiere, ci sono attrezzi, macerie, sterpaglie bruciate, accanto al percorso che conduce alla camera. Tutte le finestre affacciano su cantieri e macerie. La finestra della cucina affaccia direttamente su un cantiere interno, aprendola ci si trova davanti la scala degli operai. Pavimento sporco, sotto il letto sono presenti cumuli e grumi di polvere e di capelli (lunghi, neri, certamente non nostri), una cosa da voltastomaco. Camera e bagno senza termosifoni, pompa di calore non funzionante, mancanza di coperte aggiuntive nell'armadio, frigorifero rotto con perdite d'acqua, lenzuola bucate con capelli di estranei. Sul letto matrimoniale è stata messa una trapunta singola in orizzontale, potete scegliere se coprire le spalle o i piedi. Stufetta scaldabagno con ventola intasata di polvere e sporcizia, inutilizzabile. Il secondo letto è una brandina di ridotte dimensioni (se vostro figlio è alto, i piedi avanzano fuori). Sulla brandina è stata messa una leggera copertina di pile, inadeguata alla stagione. Abbiamo chiesto una stufetta aggiuntiva, ci è stata consegnata 4 ore dopo. Abbiamo chiesto una trapunta, ci è stata consegnata la sera dopo molte ore: l'hanno lasciata all'aperto senza custodia in totale sfregio dei minimi requisiti igienici, inoltre aveva un odore sgradevole ed era umida. Set di piatti e pentole inadeguato (sono presenti solo 4 piatti di grandi dimensioni, assenza di un pentolino per bollire l’acqua o piattini per la colazione, padella con rivestimento usurato e scolorito). Dopo un viaggio di 500 km, abbiamo visto che l'esterno della struttura era in pessime condizioni; ma non c'erano altre sistemazioni. Abbiamo dormito nei sacchi a pelo, ma comunque abbiamo patito il freddo e l'umidità della stanza. Scioccante.
