Todo perfecto. Apartamento muy equipado, con aire acondicionado en salón y habitación, con equipamiento en cocina, cuarto de baño nuevo, muy limpio, terraza espectacular con buenas vistas y fresa. Había aparcamiento fácil. A tan solo 5 mins de la playa y la zona de bares. Anfitrión muy atento. Silenciosa no se escucha para nada a los alojamientos colindantes.

Posizione ottima per famiglie e per chi ha l'auto, in quanto è nella parte più residenziale di Los Cristianos e nonostante abbia ristoranti vicini raggiungibili anche a piedi per fare una passeggiata o andare in spiaggia è necessario avere l'auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Consiglio vivamente. residence molto carino e curato, bella la piscina riscaldata per fare un bagno al rientro da una giornata di escursioni e mare. Vista ottima personale gentile e disponibile.

This was a third time on Tenerife and our best holiday even though all the little annoyance.

Spacious, modern bathroom, big terrace, a lot of storage space, heated swimming pool available not far from it, quite area, it has air conditioning (we didn't need it in April) but we're spending a lot of time out and about.

− The apartment was great. It wasn't perfect and there was few little things which I would love to see improved but nothing which would destroy our holiday. Yes it is far from the beaches and on the hill but when you have a car this is not an issue but the area is quite. Yes parking sometimes is difficult to find but not impossible. We were there during UKs half term and it was busy. Kitchen could be better equipped but we managed. Knifes needs to be replaced or sharpened. It looked like there are some ambient lights as remotes were there but these didn't work. Sofabed mattress is uncomfortable as it was deformed due to being folded a lot I believe.

We arrived on the 2nd of April , communication from the owner was fantastic with clear information on how to access the property etc. The apartment was really very nice , very clean and equipped with everything needed for a long stay including washing machine , fully equipped balcony and bathroom etc. There was 2 small bottles of bubbly left for us on arrival which was a nice touch , the bed was big and comfy , aircon in lounge and bedroom , the pool was quiet and heated , nice balcony with great views can't fault anything about our stay other than it is a little way out of the main resorts and at the top of a very steep hill so if you have any mobility issues you will need to spend a few quid on taxis. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment, top class and great price 👍 😀

Amazing! Very clean and great facilities. Big well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge and double bedroom with everything you could possibly need. Heated pool a big bonus. The apartment is on top of a big hill we braved the walk up and down everyday but taxis only cost 4 to 5 euros from beach to appt. Fabulous looking forward to visiting in the near future.
