− Сантехника в санузле и не работает вытяжка, и надо добавить к двери в душ раздвижной стекло что бы не сильно брызгало и по возможности еще добавить сушилку

9.0Zentrale Lage, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.. Für alle Fragen war Vermieter immer per Telefon erreichbar.
− Wir haben 2 Appartements mit 1 Schlafzimmer gebucht, war leider nur eine Wohnung wie in der Beschreibungen frei. Die andere Whg.hatte nur einen Raum mit Doppelbett und Sofa. Sehr schade, dass es bei der Buchung nicht richtig beschrieben worden ist. Beide Appartements haben gleichen Preis, was auch nicht gerecht ist. Wir hatten Pech in dieser Zeit, wo wir dort waren: Baustelle vor dem Haus (Arbeiten sogar nachts).- da kann Vermieter nichts dafür.

10.0Шикарное местоложение, уютный и стильный интерьер. Балкон, с бьющей в окно зеленью — просто любовь. Те, кто любят красоту и эстетику, точно заценят эту квартиру 😉
Nice location and decent flat, but communications with owner were not great.

− It wasn’t as pictured. Owner asked for cash payment a day before checkout and offered no invoice or even basic confirmation of payment. Not suitable for non Russian speakers and not suitable for those travelling for work.
