1.0The host was extremely rude and shouted at me when I called because the building was difficult to find and the instructions were unclear. He demanded my passport, told me to cancel the booking, refused to refund my money, took back the keys, and left. I had to book another hotel. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
− I called the host when I arrived because the information provided was not sufficient. The building was not clearly identifiable, and the neighborhood is full of similar apartment buildings. I had been traveling and had no idea what the building looked like or even its color. The host immediately became irritated, started shouting, and said that he had already sent an email. I told him I had not received it. He sent it again about eight minutes later while I was standing in the street listening to him yelling. I did not feel comfortable searching for a key hidden inside someone else’s mailbox. His behavior and attitude were completely unacceptable and not suitable for someone hosting guests. He also demanded a copy of my passport because, as he said, I was staying in his property. I told him that I had booked through Booking.com, and if he needed any personal information, he should contact Booking.com directly. He then told me to cancel the reservation. I replied that if he wanted to cancel it, he should do so himself and refund my money. He refused. Instead, he said, “I’ll come now.” He arrived on an electric scooter in a rush, took the apartment keys from the mailbox, and quickly left without refunding my money. I believe I was scammed. I had no choice but to book another hotel.

10.0Fantastic location, just a short walk from the Wasserturm and the city center. The apartment is cozy, clean, and very well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you might need, and the coffee, tea, and washing machine were a really nice touch. I felt very comfortable during my stay and would definitely recommend it.
