3.0− The host is asking for the deposit before giving the exact unit address, then when we pay rm200 they said will refund after check out but until today no refund was made. Check in 20/10 , check out 21/10 but until today 25/10 no refund of deposit from them.

3.0The location as it was a trip to legoland for the kids
− Listing and photo stated two bunk beds but there was only one. The place has a very strong mothball smell and ants were spotted at almost all rooms. The fan in the guestroom had really thick layer of dirt. The stopper for the bathtub was spoilt and the kids were really disappointed that they couldn't get any bathtub time. Heading in and out of the place wasnt convenient as there seems to be another keycard to tap in and out at the security. Checked with host but was told there isnt and we had to keep repeating to the securities that we were staying there as we head back in and that we are just heading out and have not checked out when heading out
