− Het was te warm op de vide (slaapkamer), ondanks extra vin. Ontbijt was door grote gelijktijdige groepen mensen snel op.

− Brandalarm aan het eind vd avond. We stonden wel een uur lang buiten. Personeel wist niet wat ze moesten doen. Er was geen aandacht voor de gasten die buiten op de stoep stonden te wachten.
