I do not recommend this neighborhood, felt unsafe with family.

− Right beside a ghetto neighborhood, very noisy, we couldn't sleep . No towels in kitchen , the coffee machine was for a single cup. Missing supplies in general.

9.0Muy lindo el edificio y el departamento. Muy cómodo y limpio. Excelentes instalaciones. Los administradores muy eficientes y solícitos para ayudar. Buena ubicación en el casco antiguo, si se camina hacia la zona segura.
− Sería bueno saber con anticipación que los dos cuartos son muy desiguales: un cuarto es muy grande y luminoso, con un hermoso balcón. El otro es mucho más pequeño y sin ventana, aunque cómodo.

6.0En el anuncio habla de un jacuzzi y piscina. Se debe aclarar que el complejo residencial cuenta con una piscina (del complejo) en la azotea, la cual se accede por las escaleras de emergencia desde el piso 4.
− El piso del baño es peligroso para personas de tercera edad. Deben colocar anti deslizantes.

− Pas de vue extérieure directe via la chambre, escalier dangereux pour accès toit terrasse ( il faudrait le stipuler car tout le monde n'est pas hyper mobile) . Manque un volet ou un rideau. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une petite attention pour l'arrivée : une bouteille d'eau par exemple.
