1.0I booked on booking. Com upon going there waited for an houe whilst raining using intercom no one come after 45 minutes none speaking man came sais its no longer a bnb it was sold. We couldn't be let in the owners number aint available we had to look for accommodation at night again i need my monet back its a scam

1.0− I made a booking and upon arriving I was told there was no room. No refund received and was told owner would get in contact with me but never did. I have been calling supervisor and he kept saying he will pass on my message to the owner but till this day I have not received any feedback! I FEEL ROBBED!!! Pathetic service!!!😡
