Clarify parking before weekend stays.
4.0Location was close to an event we were attending.
− Parking not available on Friday and Saturday due to a market outside property. Allocated parking used by market traders. Had to pay for public car park. WiFi was out for whole stay. Had to use own mobile data to get tv. Buffering constantly. Obvious drain issue in bathroom. Bad smell on arrival. Open windows and bleach helped. Landlord didn't seem initially to accept drain and WiFi issues. Eventually offered to pay for data and arranged plumber for day we left. Second time we used this property. Very disappointing. £395 for 2 nights without parking or tv.
Had a one night stay with my partner and son. Has a lovely time at the beach.

7.0Great location. Owner easily contactable and replied quickly when contacted.
− Needs some maintenance which I would hope would be competed asap. Rainwater dripping from roof into lounge and damp in bedroom from leaking roof. Essentials need keeping an eye on, enough glasses, remote control, welcome book, to make sure they are replaced when lost / broken.

10.0The location was fantastic and the beds they were very comfy very clean, staff more than helpful i would definately come back to stay here. The road outside at night was very peaceful. The parking space was taken when we arrived so parked on tbe pavement right outside the apartment the traffic warden came by and said we could park there with no issues.
Overall very happy, clean and tidy and mostly well appointed. Central to all amenities

− No cups spoke to Paul who said he would sort and get back to me but has not. Shower pole in ensuite needs to be sorted falls out of holder. It would be improved with a mirror in the ensuite and some sort of hanging rail in the ensuite bedroom.
