6.0Stayed one night for a concert at Heaton Park, it served it’s purpose & was cheap
I wouldn’t stay again which his a shame it could be a lovely place if the owner spent some money on it

− It needs some tlc cupboard draws where falling apart kitchen sides need re wrapping water isn’t hot ran the hot tap and could step into the bath with no cold water putting in
