− Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und alles ist vorhanden aber schon in die Jahre gekommen, besonders das Badezimmer

2.0Die Lage der Wohnanlage ist gut. Wohnung 1 war nicht bewohnbar. Zugewiesen wurde uns die Wohnung 5.
− Die Möblierung ist schlicht eine Zumutung. Küchenmöbel tlw. kaputt. Sitzgarnitur eingerissen. Die elektrischen Anlagen bedürfen zügig einer Überprüfung durch eine Fachfirma.
