− I had a very disappointing experience with this property and the manager. I waited for over five hours after my scheduled check-in time, repeatedly being told that someone was on their way. When someone finally arrived, he was on the phone with the manager. I showed my physical ID as requested, and while they were speaking in a language I didn’t understand, they suddenly accused me of having previously booked and caused damage to a different apartment — which is completely false. I was shocked and deeply upset to be falsely accused without any proof or proper investigation. I had never booked with them before. I felt disrespected, ignored, and treated in a very unprofessional and rude manner by the manager. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and no guest should be made to feel this way. I’m still waiting for a proper explanation and an apology for how I was treated.
