FABULOUS KALKAN APARTMENT
10.0Mary’s apartment is extremely clean and well maintained by the onsite caretaker. They even collect your rubbish everyday!The beds are comfortable the air con works well. The bathrooms are very good and the kitchen has plenty of utensils with quality glasses and plates. The fridge freezer is large with plenty of space. The patio area is a pleasant place to sit and surrounded by nice plants. We had a b b q twice and the b b q is in very good order. There is a water dispenser and the caretaker will replace the large water bottle at a small charge ( 200tl) The pool and surrounding area are kept clean and the pool is very large. Mary supplies four quality cushions for the comfortable wooden which are just yours for the duration of your stay. It was very quiet during our stay so mainly had the pool to ourselves. Mary is on hand and can answer any questions you may have via email. A 10/10 property - we have stayed in plenty to compare.
− Not anyone’s fault, but there are quite a few steps from the apartment complex gate up-to the apartment. This matched with the steep hill leading up to the gate is quite a challenge and you need to be relatively fit.. especially in the summer heat. There are plenty of taxis around and they are all the same price around Kalkan 200tl (July 2025) fridge magnets with numbers in the apartment.

− If your not great will hills this probably would be a bad location for you as very hilly area.

Relaxing and enjoyable in the most beautiful place in the world. The accommodation is great for a family or couples.
10.0Very close to the old town. Amazing accommodation and beautiful pool. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable, which is great to have when you are away. The views from the apartment are stunning. The host was very helpful and left lots of information on restaurants to eat at. Boat trips, places to visit.
