10.0The staff was really helpful, kind and polite. They helped with any problem we had and it definitely affected our experience making it wonderful. The rooms were clean, spacious, light. The view was fantastic… also, I loved the bath which I took every evening, it helped to fully relax after a long walk. The hotel was 5 minute from the South Gate to the National park which is comfortable. Long story short, this 3-night-stay was the thing I wished for a long time. Fantastic stay and nature around! Thank you ^^ Definitely come back)

9.0The room was very spacious and well decorated. The dinners were carefully prepared and delicious, better than most of the restaurants we’ve been tool while offering all the main Hunan specialties.
