Lage sehr gut, Einrichtung schlecht!
4.0Die Lage ist Super. Die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar.
− In so gut wie jedem Raum bröckelt der Putz Aufgrund von zu Hoher Feuchtigkeit. Als Lattenrost kommen hier Sperrholzplatten zum Einsatz. Der Warmwasserdruck ist lächerlich. Das Sofa ist total durch, man spürt den Rahmen/die Federn. Die Besteck Anzahl ist ebenfalls lächerlich. Nach jedem Essen musste gespült werden. Und wir waren nur zu dritt! Alle Messer total stumpf! Die Waschmaschine stinkt und schimmelte bereits! Habe den Gummiring der Tür mal gereinigt und einen 90° Lauf gemacht, danach war es erträglich. Jeder Tür/ jedes Schloss war mindestens schwerfällig/wackelig und klemmte auf irgendeine Art! Jedes Schloss macht den Eindruck, also hätte jemand versucht es zu knacken. So gut wie jeder Schlüssel ist ein wenig krumm! Das einzige was an diesem Objekt Luxuriös ist, ist die Lage! Insgesamt enttäuschend

− Erdgeschoss etwas muffig, besonders die Schlafräume. Sehr laut (gegenüberliegende Bar und Straße), Abortfliegen in der gesamten Wohnung

3.0Die LAge und die Ausstatung der Anlage entspricht nicht dem versprochenen Luxuxy Frontline! Keine Sonne auf dem Balkon runden das Ergebnis ab.

10.0Super Lage! Die Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick. Der kleine Strand in 2 Min erreichbar. Der Surfstrand mit dem Auto in 5 Min. erreichbar. 2 Cafés in der Nähe.
