10.0Funcionários educados, solicitos em atender bem. Minha mãe teve disenteria e prontamente a nutricionista providenciou soro sem se quer pedirmos. Variedade ótima no buffet, opções. Inclusive c bastante opções p oacientes c restrições a lactose, açúcar, incluisive sorvetes, picolés, açaí c opção zero açúcar. Todos os dias e noites, entretenimentos diferentes p adultos e criancas. Cama, travesseiros confortáveis. Wifi funciona muito bem em todo hotel. Ótima experiência indico.
Resort abaixo da expectativa, não indico a hospedagem.

− Pontualidade, limpeza, qualidade das refeições, qualidade dos drinks e aperitivos disponíveis para consumo. Máquinas de café estragadas ou com falta de produto. Sobremesas não estavam geladas, algumas sem sabor. Mesas dos restaurantes e ambientes sempre sujas, logo no início da manhã. Demora na reposição do buffet, atraso nas ilhas do chefe, como falta de ingredientes para preparo. Exemplo tapioca, ilha do chefe.
Não aconselho a hospedagem
4.0Pratos quentes de frutos do mar, eram muito gostosos. Ponto positivo.
− Referente a parilha as carnes não tem sabor. Um dia da hospedagem foi servid costela assada de ontem. Pois no dia anterior foi visto as costelas na parilha, mas não foi servido, no outro dia passei as 8hiras na parilha e não tinha nem fogo, às 10 da manhã as costelas apareceram assadas.
Péssima experiência
4.0Alguns drinks eram muito bons, havia um barman chamado Bruno, excelente atendimento nota mil. Se preocupava em entregar a melhor qualidade para os clientes.
− Opções de sobremesa como bolo recheado, e algumas outras que são tradicionais não eram servidas.
