10.0Az egész tetszett. A modern romantikus szobák, a nagy fogadó tér, a borhotel névhez hű dísztárgyak, dísz elemek. A kerti utak megtervezett ápolt gazdag növényzete, a kert hangulata, a kilátás, az otthon érzem magam érzés. A személyzet baráti hozzá állása, kedvességük.

1.0− Akik valóban nyugodt kikapcsolódást, wellness élményt keresnek, azoknak nem ajánlom ezt a szálláshelyet. A férjemmel születésnapunk alkalmából érkeztünk ebbe a „SPA / wellness hotelként” hirdetett szálláshelyre, pihenés és nyugalom reményében. Amit kaptunk, annak sajnos ennek az ellenkezője volt. A helyszínre érkezésünkkor tájékoztattak csak bennünket, hogy másnap disznóvágást tartanak, így reggeli közben az udvaron felakasztott, levágott disznók látványa fogadta a vendégeket. Egy wellness hotel esetében ezt sokkolónak és teljesen elfogadhatatlannak tartjuk. Az esti órákban az udvaron elviselhetetlen hangerővel üvöltő gépzene szólt. Fél tíz körül jeleztük a problémát, a tulajdonos lekezelő hangnemben közölte, hogy 11-ig menni fog a buli. A zene éjfél után is teljes hangerővel ment, a pihenés lehetetlenné vált. Végül 0:06-kor kénytelenek voltunk elhagyni a szállást és hazautazni, így egy teljes, előre kifizetett éjszakát és a reggelit sem tudtuk igénybe venni. Különösen visszás, hogy a foglalt szoba hangszigeteltként volt feltüntetve, ennek ellenére a zene a szobában is elviselhetetlen volt. A tulajdonos utólag azzal védekezett, hogy ez „rendezvényhotel”, azonban ezt sem a Booking.com felületén, sem a szálláshely megnevezése nem tükrözi. Egy SPA hotel megnevezés pihenést sugall, nem éjfél utáni bulikat. A számlánkon fennmaradt összeg megtérítéséről biztosítottam a kapcsolattartót, de azóta sem kaptam róla pontos információt. Arról nem is beszélve, hogy a félpanziós ellátás nagyon gyér volt. Sem a reggelinél, sem a vacsoránál nem volt széleskörű választék. A vacsoránál kizárólag disznót szolgáltak fel, amit aznap készítettek el. Aki nem eszik sertést, beérhette a körettel. A reggeli szintén gyenge volt, illetve, ha valami elfogyott, azt nem töltötték újra. Aki nem szeretne nyúzottabban hazaérni, mint ahogyan érkezett, kerülje el messziről a helyet :)
