L'appartamento nuovo e dotato di ogni accessorio. Molto tranquillo. Non mi piace però il contesto in cui è inserito, ossia il condominio e gli edifici vicini.

− Anche la caletta a pochi minuti a piedi da casa non mi piace, perché vi è un cavalcavia molto brutto alle spalle. Per stare lì ci vuole l'auto per raggiungere spiagge e sevizi quali supermercati e ristoranti. E' isolato.
