Great location on main street of Viterbo. The apartment had everthyng you could think of, and all new. Fridge partly stocked. Antonio showed us the apartment and pointed at all the extra coffee, towels, trashbags, cleaning mayerials, thee, chicolates, chips, wine, paper towels. Its completely filled just as your own place. Nice balcony with shade, but still to hot this week.

− Elevator out of order, so climbing to 4rth floor on a hot day, not ideal. But the great and silent airco made up for the climb.

Apartamento muy equipado, moderno y muy práctico y acogedor. La terraza es estupenda. El colchón, también. Todo, la verdad.

− Estaba estropeado el ascensor, pero es una situación pasajera.

It is an absolutely amazing apartment that I enjoyed staying at. + Very central location in one of the main streets of Viterbo, yet quiet. Close and easily walkable to all the sights, both train stations and buses to nearby towns. + Very friendly and attentive owner Monica: sent me messages before my stay and met me on arrival. A very pleasant person to deal with! + Beautiful new apartment which has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good temperature control: it was cold during my stay, but the temperature in the apartment was comfortable thanks to the a/c and heating in the bathroom.. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed: I had a good sleep. Lots of things in the kitchen corner and lots of items left for your usage: tea, coffee capsules, drinks, even a bottle of wine and cookies. There's a nice terrace where you can sit if it's warm. + Great value for money! I recommend this apartment and will be happy to stay here if again in Viterbo. Grazie Monica!

Molto graziosa gestita da una host carinissima che ci ha consigliato al meglio per il nostro soggiorno e ci ha fatto trovare cose anche che non ci aspettavano.Posizione ottimale e strategica per passeggiare in Centro.Top!!!

Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang. Eine sehr gemütliche und sehr komfortable Wohnung und ein Panorama wie ein Traum. Zentrale Lage aber sehr ruhig. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen lieben Dank.
