10.0We were going to an event in Dreamland, Margate and this was a perfect spot for a 2 night stay. Broadstairs is a charming town with a wonderful selection of great restaurants all within easy reach of Donkey May Cottage. It was very easy to travel over to Margate for our event.
It’s our second time we have stayed and I’m just about to book a 3rd

10.0The location is amazing, 2 minutes from the restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the train station. The place is very nice and well equipped. The host was very helpful. We spent a weekend with two young kids and we loved it.

10.0The cottage is great and Ben was such a kind host, answering every questions we had and meeting our extra request for a cot too. My daughter loved having some beach toys to play with, and it was so useful to have umbrellas and chairs for the beach too. The cottage is so close to the beach and to nice cafés and restaurants, but also located on a quiet road. Perfect place for a nice weekend in Brodstairs!
A great place to stay to enjoy Broadstairs
10.0We had a great stay at Donkey May cottage, which was a great choice for our weekend break to Broadstairs. Everything you could want - beach, shops, restaurants, park - is within a few minutes walk from the cottage. Despite this, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. The house itself is cosy and comfortable, and very well stocked for a great stay. Recommended!
