− The kitchen could do with an update, showing signs of wear. Also, the mattress & pillows. But still adequate.

It's a cosy cottage in a great location for the main attractions.It was very clean with a great modern shower room .. It was also really lovely of the hosts to leave a complernemtry hamper, much appreciated.

− I only have a couple of very minor suggestions. The kitchen had no salad bowl. There was no full-length mirror in the cottage, only a very small mirror on the wall in the bedroom, which was too high for me to see and blow dry my hair .I had to remove the mirror from the wall and put it up against the bottom of the window to see and dry my hair .

Location was great, bathroom was lovely, shower very good

− It could all do with updating, accept for bathroom, it’s a bit tired and when you enter after being out it has that old fowsty furniture smell.

The cottage is in a great location and has been styled in an individual way. The welcome extras were a lovely touch, and the cottage was well equipped with everything needed, including consumables like coffee, tea, milk, washing up liquid. Staff were helpful after I got lost after a long drive and directed me well to the cottage after my sat nav got confused! Bathroom, kitchen sink and cooker were very clean.

− The downstairs of the property smelt quite strongly of dog. As a none dog owner this was very noticeable throughout the duration of my stay. I also found dog hairs on glasses in the cupboard- I just had to wash them before use.
