8.0Location close to the train station and many restaurants and a park, but in a rather specific district. It doesn't seem very safe at night.
− In my opiniom the apartment is best suited for two people. We were there with family, five in total, and it was cramped. The apartment isn't suitable for a longer stay with a larger group. It's a complex of several apartments, and you can hear scraping chairs and loud conversations at night, so keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper.

5.0The owner is friendly and always willing to help. There is the bus to venice very close, but the area itself is not that offering.
− 1. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, and we could only get hot water by running the sink to start the boiler and still not enough to wash the hair. 2. The fridge had not been thoroughly cleaned. 3. The second bed was inconveniently located in the kitchen. 4. The washing machine had not been cleaned and there was mold in the drum. 5. The parking lot was very narrow, and despite being on the property, we were charged an additional fee for its use. Overall, while the property appears to be well-equipped, it is outdated and not properly maintained.

− The owner hasn’t separate pictures of each apartment they own, so the flat was different and smaller than i expected. I expected two separate bedrooms and a balcony.

− We had loads of luggage . Climbing 2 floors with luggage was bit tiring in absence of loft
