5.0The location was central to popular monuments aswell as restaurants, loved the balcony as it was nice to sit outside with a drink after a day of exploring. There is a few take away establishments right opposite the accommodation which is convenient aswell as a restaurant downstairs.
− Communication definitely needs some work.. I arrived in windhoek early and asked the host if it was possible to check in early, she told me she'd check if this was possible. I then received information letting me know my accommodation is ready, however nowhere was it stated that the accommodation I would be receiving was not what I booked... a simple " your room is not ready but this is what we have available right now, are you happy with it ? We will pay back the difference " why put me in the cheaper room and try to swindle me when I'm well aware of the room type I booked? I called to let the host know that I'm not in the room I booked , she continued explaining herself and said that there's not much difference between the rooms.. if there was no difference why did I pay more for the BIGGER room ? Eventually I got my room however there were roaches coming out of the microwave and toaster aswell as in the bathroom, how disgusting when preparing food!! One towel for 3 days! Pillows that are like marshmallows! As a well travelled person I feel appalled by the level of service o received, and nambia as a country who does not get many tourists please do better , this establishment is a disgrace to the African continent.
