A cute little home
10.0A lovely little house and stay. Area was quite quiet and within walking distance of shops. The house has everything you need, was clean and tidy and has a nice little garden for the children to play in. Contact was exceptional, with all information needed emailed and texted prior to our stay.

8.0Newton Aycliffe is a lovely, green town in an excellent location for access to coast, countryside or larger cities. The house is very pleasant, clean to a high standard, with everything that a family could require whilst self catering - oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. There are also gardens front and rear, as well as a park and the town centre only short walks away. This is the second time I have rented a property in Aycliffe belonging to Matt, the host, who is very pleasant and extremely helpful.
− There are a few little gripes: Parking is terrible but I appreciate this is something beyond the control of the host. There was only a limited number of toilet rolls provided, which ran out late at night, so we were unable to do anything about it. The grass in the gardens needed cutting. The lock on the bathroom door was totally useless. That's it - otherwise, perfect!
Excellent town house in Newton Aycliffe.
9.0Well equipped house in Newton Aycliffe. Everything was very clean and tidy with beds made and towels provided. Convenient for visiting relatives and tourism in the North East. It was our second visit to this house and we would book again without hesitation.
− Slightly better kitchen equipment- could do with a new frying pan and casserole dishes. The banister was loose, which for a straight staircase, is a health and safety issue. I did defrost the freezer, which did not look as though it had been done for a long time- appreciate that this can be difficult for owners trying to turn around the property quickly.
