4.0The apartment does not fully match the description. Instead of a proper double bed, there are two small mattresses pushed together, which is not very comfortable. There is also a humidity control device in the apartment. Every morning at around 8:00 a.m., it starts making a very loud noise, which disturbs our sleep.
− The property manager informed me in advance that there would be an additional fee for check-in after 7:00 p.m., and I agreed to it. However, despite our agreed check-in time, the staff member still arrived late, and I had to wait outside. I have no complaints about the employee personally; I believe the issue is with the management, which does not organize the staff’s work efficiently. Please also note that check-out is at 10:00 a.m. At 9:45 a.m., the cleaning staff was already talking very loudly outside the apartment windows. At the same time, she started knocking on the door to let us know she had arrived to clean. After several attempts, she began cleaning at 9:55 a.m., before the official check-out time. The apartment is quite worn out, and in my opinion, it does not justify the price.
