A nightmare! Promised refund still not issued after 1 month and Booking.com is not helping either.
1.0DO NOT BOOK! Absolute SCAMMERS! The listing promised free parking on premises and when we got there and parked, someone else blocked us in and started a fight with us! The property offered a full refund if we checked out earlier, which we did. Then they tried to back down and only refund the night we checked out. We had to cut our vacation short and our toddlers were left traumatized by the experience! It’s been a month and still no refund. They say it has been issued but offer absolutely no proof. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. Please do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!

Une agréable fin de semaine à NYC et une excellente game des Giants au Metlife
7.0Super rapport qualité prix, le hôte était bien disponible et les consignes claires. C’était d’une bonne grandeur de logements pour 4 personnes. Les lits sont très confortables.
− Il manquait de chaise (seulement 1 divan deux places, et 2 chaises à manger) peu d’assiettes et d’ustensiles. Une odeur d’urine de chats est présente mais le reste était généralement propre.
