10.0Typical Belgian house, nicely eqiped and decorated. Easy check in around 17h which is a bit late, but if the house is ready earlier it is good to check in before that time. Really lot of things, salt, oil, dish washing liquid, good and useful kitchenware, perfect internet, a TV with a lot of chanels, safe surroundings. The streat is not the main so it can be quiet with an exeptions sometimes, it depends, no guaranties. But generally it was ok for my 6 night stay. I would say that it is perfect for larger number of guests, like two families, but is also perfect for one family with kids. One toillete with showering tab, good, and WC downstairs. Both function well. When the windows are closed, nice sound isolation.
− Just more like a recommendation would be having cooling air conditioning system since it is demend during heatwaves in the summer days. It is not pleasent to be inside the house if the outer temperature is above 30 C. I guess it is a minor detail but this is unfortionately the case with 99% of all Belgian houses in Mons.

− Não gostei da falta de higiene, quer da casa, (chão e lençóis de uma das camas que tinha nódoas e tivemos de substituir) do cheiro das toalhas de banho e da casa. Além disso as instalações, nomeadamente a casa de banho deixam algo a desejar.
