Everything was good, nice home and worked well for our group. Cynthia was very accommodating.

− When we arrived at the property there was already people staying there. They contacted Cynthia and she promised me a full refund. We had to find alternative accommodation at 9pm at night after driving 5 hours to the property. I contacted Cynthia numerous times to seek my refund, first it was delayed because she said booking.com didn't pay her yet but she promised to refund me. Then, Cynthia refuses to communicate with me. This has to be the worst booking experience I've had through Booking.com because of this host not honouring her promise. I asked for assistance from Booking.com and she hasn't responded to them either. Really poor.
