Even though the room was generally clean and taken care of, our stay there was generally dissatisfying.
6.0We liked having the parking garage beneath the hotel.
− We could hear the flushing of toilets frequently from upstairs rooms. We joined the Marriot Bonvoy club and were given a ticket for 2 free drinks. The bartender was late and when he showed up, he almost ran into me but did say, “sorry, I’m late”. He proceeded to take care of the people in front of us, but when another couple showed up, he took care of them first, before us. We left, frustrated and disappointed! We were not happy that there was no complimentary coffee. When we went to the Starbucks within the hotel in the morning, we tried to pay with a Starbucks gift card and were denied. We made coffee in our room one morning and the next morning the coffee cups were not replaced. We were frustrated again. Even though the room was generally clean and taken care of, our stay there was generally dissatisfying.
