The phone communication with several receptionists and our checkin was so bad which ruined our stay though we loved Kuri

− Kuriftu resorts need to check messages on booking.com and respond, I sent a message and no one responded. When I call the reception and try to upgrade my room the receptionist doesn’t seem to know about what non refundable booking means she keeps telling me to cancel the booking I made via booking.com and then when I try to explain it is non refundable she hung up the phone on me then she calls back and denies that she hung up the phone. When we were in person trying to check in all of the receptionists denied that they didn’t speak with us and our checking experience was so bad and it ruined our stay. The manager said he will check who spoke with us and solve it but even though they upgraded us with the most expensive additional charges, no one really apologized and acknowledged the wrong behavior of the receptionist. We had several calls from different staff the whole morning before our check in and everyone says they are not the one who spoke to us earlier. We loved Kuriftu and we were looking forward to our stay but because of this behavior of the receptionist even before we arrive and during our stay, we didn’t enjoy our stay.
