− - non specificato che la culla ha un costo - cucina attrezzata, ma non ci sono strofinacci né tovaglie o tovagliette - il primo giorno scriviamo che non siamo riusciti a usare la macchina del caffè. Lo staff passa ma non ci trova (non avevano avvisato). Chiediamo un video, ci mandano un link sbagliato. Lo facciamo presente, risposta “funziona come tutte le altre macchine potete guardare un tutorial qualunque”. Mi sono sentita trattata come una vera imbecille 🤔alla fine passano e constatiamo insieme che manca un pezzo della macchina del caffè, che era stato messo in un altro cassetto, senza il quale la macchina non funziona…. Persona davvero gentile, sarebbe bastato aiutarci subito e senza farci sentire inadeguati
