Clean apartment in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a wonderful location, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The building has an elevator, and the apartment is equipped with two air conditioners. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast, although the signal was a bit weak in the bedroom. The kitchen is small, but it has everything you need. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were happy with the apartment.

− The only downside was the shower head — it was uncomfortable and definitely needs to be replaced.

Good location. Clean. Very spacious apartment. There is a small elevator.

− Weak AC in the living area. Only one tiny bar of soap and 3 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people staying 4 days... If we hadn't brought our own stash, we wouldn't have had enough. I STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST STATING HERE!!! The host is greedy, unempathetic, and extremely unpleasant. We found ourselves in a terrible situation because of the door lock setup: if you accidentally leave your key in the lock on the inside and close the door, it’s impossible to open it from the outside, even with a spare key. Locks like these need to be 'foolproof.' This can happen to anyone, and I’m sure it has happened before. The host definitely knows about this issue, yet does nothing to fix it. What’s worse, when we picked up the spare keys and realized the lock still wouldn't open, we asked the host to help us out. He claimed he couldn't do anything because 'his technician wasn't in Rome.' When we asked what we were supposed to do, he blamed us for everything, saying it was entirely our problem. He suggested contacting Booking.com to find another place for the night (at our own expense, of course). We had an early flight out of Rome the next morning and urgently needed to get inside to pack all our belongings into our suitcases. When we asked if there were any other options, we were told we could call a third-party locksmith for €244. I offered to split the cost 50/50, but the host refused, so I was forced to pay the full amount myself.

Sehr gute Lage

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok. Das Heizen funktioniert sehr gut für so ein altes Gebäude. Dir Kommunikation funktionierte sehr gut und sie waten sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Aufzug.

Geräumiges Appartement in zentraler Lage

Sehr zentrale Lage in lebendiger Gasse mit vielen Lokalen und Geschäften Nahe Piazza Navona. Check inn und Ortstaxe unkompliziert über ein Link, der Schlüßel lag im Schließfach. Das Appartement ist geräumig und sauber, das Bett bequem. Es befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude im 3. Stock und es gibt ein kleines Lift. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

− Die Küche ist sehr klein und zum Kochen ungeeignet (das hatten wir nicht vor); tws. Schimmelbildung im Bad und Küche. Das Wasser fließt sehr langsam aus der Dusche ab.
