8.0Very spacious residence in a quiet location, close to CBD
− Kitchenware (frypans), in need of replacement. Vinnies would not accept them. Double door to fridge is impractical. Light in spare room did not work. Communications with the booking agent were cold and over-bearing. We're a mature, well-travelled couple with many decades of experience staying locally and internationally. Responses to our valid questions were met with short sharp templated responses.

Please note that there is a 1.9% surcharge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that this property has no reception. Keys are located at the property, it is a self-check-in process. You will be emailed and SMS check-in instructions at 1pm on the day of your arrival, in preparation for a 3pm check-in. Bright Escapes office hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 9:00 until 17:00. The office is closed Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.
