10.0Ubicación perfecta para ir a la playa. Comunicaciones con Alicante y otras zonas con el tranvia con parada a 100m.
− Por poner algo, el ruido de paso del Tranvia, recorre todo el paseo marítimo.
Estupendo apartamento.
9.0Ubicación, vistas, estupendo balcón para comer al aire libre. Interior reformado y muy nuevo. Todo tipo de electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina. Camas muy cómodas. Playa al cruzar la acera. Parada tranvía a Alicante y Benidorm prácticamente en la puerta…
− Esa zona en concreto carece de muchos lugares de ocio o compras. Aunque con el tranvía estás en el centro de Alicante en 20 minutos
