− The communication with the owner was not great. We did not know if we would have a door code when we arrived. I had to text owner several times and upon our arrival we had to wait outside for a time. I see based on past customers this seems to be a common problem.

− We did not have much communication with hosts so we did not know if we would be able to get in upon arrival - there were no instructions. But it all worked out.
Great house in a great location!
10.0This house is wonderful — clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are board games, books, and TVs in almost every room. It's also conveniently located near many hiking trails and the river, which is perfect if you're interested in kayaking. I highly recommend it!
− The door key code was not provided through Booking.com, as is typically the case with other properties I have rented. Since our friends arrived before us, I had to stop on my way there and communicate with the host multiple times via text messages (as they did not answer phone calls) to resolve the issue. This process could definitely be improved.
