Great location, very close to the tube stations. Very clean property.

Good location

− The flat is located on ground floor on very busy street and it is self check in. The code for key lock provided was not correct and we were unable to reach the host via call upon arrival. Only after a while a response/ new code for locker was received via WhatsApp. Upon check in we raised a concern about the flat cleanness and smell , however a cleaner arrived only 3 days later. As for the smell, due to old house and poorly done reconstruction the smoke / smell from adjacent apartments spreads into this place too, this was on daily basis. The common areas in the house like entrance had garbage and cigarettes on the floor. Due to the flat being on ground floor - the noise from outside is also noticeable, not only traffic but noise from near by restaurants . The communication with host was poor, delayed responses and descriptions on site didn’t reflect the actual condition.

Highly disappointing, not well maintained at all.

Proximity to Gloucester Road station.

− The flat is very poorly maintained. There was a bug infestation (type cockroaches) in the kitchen, coming in and out under the sink, dishwasher, etc. which was disgusting and very off putting. For some reason the flat is boiling hot and there is no air conditioning in the living room, while the unit bedroom doesn't work very well. The mattresses were terrible and highly uncomfortable. My son slept on an inflatable one. The flat is located on Cromwell road which is extremely busy - not sure if the windows are double glazed as it was very loud. Very expensive for what you get.

The flat was very central, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this place. The heating was excellent; we never felt cold. Every detail had been carefully thought out. Thank you so much!
