Hell und moderne Unterkunft in angenehmer Lage
9.0Groß und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Moderne Ausstattung
Tolle Lage, angenehmer Aufenthalt.
9.0Die Lage am Hafen ist genial. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten auch an der Bushaltestelle und zum Bahnhof sind es etwa 15 Gehminuten (falls man nicht mit dem Bus dorthin fahren möchte). Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 10 min Fußweg entfernt. Bzgl. Ausstattung der FeWo, die qualitativ sehr gut eingerichtet ist, kann man sagen, dass alles Nötige auf weniges (siehe Negatives) vorhanden ist. Die Geräte sind in gutem Zustand, es gibt zwei Smart TV (einen im Schlafzimmer). Baulich ist es auch gut, man hört die Nachbarn kaum.
− Wenn der Wind stark weht, heult er im ganzen Haus, auch wenn man die Fenster schließt. Das war nachts manchmal etwas störend. Dass man die Klimaanlage (die mit Gebläse funktioniert) als Heizung vorsieht, macht wenig Sinn. Das ist nachts einfach zu laut. In zwei Nächten hat sie trotzdem sie abgeschaltet war, gegurgelt, das hat mich beim Schlafen gestört. Leider haben die Nachbarn auf dem Balkon geraucht, also konnte ich diesen oft nicht nutzen. Es wäre (für Nichtrauchende) schöner, wenn auch dort das Rauchen verboten würde. Zuletzt noch kl. Ausstattungsmangel: es wäre schön, wenn es eine Salatschüssel gäbe und auch über eine Teekanne hätte ich mich gefreut. Ich habe eine Zitronenpresse und zwei Vorratsdosen im hinterlassen, weil man so was doch immer gebrauchen kann.
Gerne wieder.

Perfekte Wohnung mit Boddenblick
9.0Superschöne, geschmackvoll gestaltete Wohnung. Der Blick auf den Bodden ist besonders am Abend ein Erlebnis. Die Lage am alten Hafen und in absoluter Nähe zum beschaulichen Ort Barth, der mehr zu bieten hat, als es auf den ersten Eindruck vermuten lässt, ist ebenfalls perfekt. Wir kommen gerne nochmals in genau diese Wohnung!
