7.0Good size bedrooms especially the downstairs master. Pool area nice also. Villa is clean and comfortable for groups of people
− The listing should say that This villa is located in a “no online taxi” zone which means grab/Gojek can drop you off but cannot pick you up. This would be fine if the villa concierge was quick to reply and make bookings (they took sometimes an hour to respond) and are 3x the price of a normal Gojek/grab. If you’re just wanting to just be in the tabanan area it’s fine but if you like making on the spot dinner plans or like to go other places I wouldn’t recommend it. Sometimes on holiday you don’t want to have to plan everything hours in advance and pre book drivers etc. The tiles all through the outdoor area get really slippery when it rains and 2 of the bedrooms need to be accessed from outside upstairs so it becomes dangerous in heavy rain. They also say this villa was built in October 2024 but if the villa is only 7 months old the maintenance for the outdoor furniture etc is quite poor and there’s no aircon in the main living/dining area.

10.0Beautiful villa loved the rooftop went up there everyday and sat for a couple of hours. Beds were very comfortable airport conditioning in bedrooms was great
− Needed better air conditioning in kitchen just had fans you would need to sit underneath them to get any air
