4.0− The host should've been more understandable since they caused us an inconvenience of just getting through the gate. It really dissapointed us. Note to future guests, the host is kind of hard to contact, you might need to wait at least 1 hour for their reply, I suggest to double check all your requirements upon checking in.

Davao weekend stay with friends
9.0Two bedroom unit is good for friends on a weekend trip. Like a house, there are appliances for use. Very near to the airport and seaport to Samal Island.
− The location is far from establishments and shops. Booking.com made a mistake in placing the pin location of the property. Since the property is a condo unit there are policies and procedures tedious as compared to hotels.
