9.0Alles war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und neu eingerichtet. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und dennoch nah am Ortszentrum.
− Leider war ein Bereich der Wohnung (Küche und Essbereich mit darüber liegender Empore) sehr hellhörig durch eine fehlende Trittschallisolierung zur darüber gelegenen Wohnung.
Tolle Unterwegs
9.0Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nah am Zentrum aber absolut ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Küche ist gut mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Durch die Gasse in der die Wohnung liegt läuft so gut wie gar keiner, daher ist es nicht störend, dass die Fenster keinen Sichtschutz haben. Gegen Abend haben wir die vorhandenen Verdunklungsrollos genutzt.
