Historic House
9.0Beautiful historic house with a good breakfast. No air conditioning and it was very warm in July but cooled off at night. Nice garden around the house but no real view to enjoy.
− It is within walking distance of the ferry. However, It is uphill and dragging our luggage made it difficult with limited public transport available. Never saw anyone but other guests and the cook in the morning. Had to talk with the owner by phone to check in and ask questions. It felt very impersonal for a b & b.

9.0The house was full of charm from an earlier era. Our chef was very accommodating and breakfast was very good. Loved the outdoor sitting area and the wrap around porch.
It was a wonderful place to stay
10.0This was a gorgeous home with many beautiful antiques. Great location! Our bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The yogurt parfait both mornings were delicious as were the pancakes and sausage. Fresh coffee and orange juice. We had a snack each day at 2:00 which was nice and a pot of coffee at our door at 7 before breakfast.
− We were served poached eggs and honeydew Mellon. I don’t care for poached eggs or honeydew melon. No one at the table ate the honeydew melon yet it was back on our table the next morning. This was a minor thing but shouldn’t assume everyone enjoys eggs prepared that way.
