9.0Die Lage ist natürlich hervorzuheben und bombastisch! Zimmeraufteilung: Wenn man die "gesamte Unterkunft" bucht, dann gibt es einen zentralen Eingang und zwei separate Appartments mit jeweils einer Küche, die man separat betreten kann (es gibt einen kleinen Flur). Terrasse: Die große Terrasse ist von beiden Apartments erreichbar: Das große Apartment (Wohnzimmer + Schlafzimmer) hat direkten Meerblick und direkten Zugang (Auf den Bildern sind die Vorhänge zu). Das kleine Appartement (Küche neben dem Bett) hat eine Terrassentür und man läuft 3-4m vor zur Hauptterrasse. Für uns mit kleiner Familie (2 Erwachsene plus Kind) und einer single Person (Doppelbett) war das perfekt. Putzen: Wir waren überrascht, dass zwei mal die Woche eine Putzfrau kommt und zusätzlich Betten neu bezieht, Handtücher austauscht und den Abfall raus bringt. Super! Abfall: Am Ende von Kalamaki beim großen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt es Mülltonnen für Hausmüll, wenn man zwischendurch zu viel Müll hat. Internet: Einziges kleines Manko. Im kleinen Apartment ist der Wlan-Emofang gut. Im vorderen großen Apartment und auf der Terrasse ist sowohl Wlan als auch mobiles Internet nicht erreichbar/schlecht. Parken: Ab und zu erwischt man einen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen vor der Türe, ansonsten gibt es in Kalamaki am Ortseingang direkt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Eigentümer: Nikos ist sehr sympathisch und begrüßt und verabschiedet sich. Er spricht nur gebrochenes Englisch, aber man versteht alles und er ist sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend und gibt die eine oder andere Empfehlung zwecks Restaurant, wenn man fragt. Großes Dankeschön! Ich kann leider keiner Bilder posten, weil wir keine gemacht haben 😅 die Aussicht hat gereicht und ich hoffe, meine Beschreibung hilft etwas, die Bilder zu verstehen.
