Beautiful spacious room
10.0Absolutely beautiful spacious room in a wonderful home in a stunning location just a mins walk from the Tythe Barn wedding we were attending.
− Could benefit from having a shower attachment fitted over the bath.

− Bathroom was tired, and only had a bath. Both rooms need redecorating, particularly the ceilings
Beautiful house with warm welcoming hosts
8.0Very welcoming, beautiful location and a comfortable, clean bed. Very friendly dogs too.
− Only things lacking would be a shower in the ensuite, and maybe a fan or air conditioning for hot nights
The Rectory worked well for us as a final pitstop to see family before heading home to Australia.

− No shower - this isn't completely clear from the description. It wasn't a huge issue for us though.

10.0Our stay at Tom and Becky's place was brilliant. The village and house were absolutely stunning, and the room, though part of the main house, felt incredibly private. It was spacious, impeccably comfortable, and had everything we needed. Tom and Becky were exceptional hosts, going out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel really welcome. The location is ideal, especially for anyone attending a wedding at the nearby Tythe Barn. We couldn't have asked for a better experience – thank you both!
− I initially didn't realise, due to the Booking.com system, that this was a room in a home rather than a hotel (sorry for my funny questions to you in the first place Tom!). However, it didn’t matter at all because the space was fantastic – it feels like a full apartment! So, it was entirely my fault for not reading the listing carefully. Only mentioning it as a heads-up for future guests, so you can bring your own breakfast items etc.
