1.0Payment advance karva li gaye . And Room cleaning service nhi thi. Ac kaam nhi kr raha ha . Room clean daily basis par nhi hua .
− Ac and tv were not working. There was no room cleaning staff. Bed sheet n matters was torn. Night ma manger and staff ka mobile no. Switched off raha .
