Only the location.

− We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. We had received the access codes for the hotel and our room that morning, but none of the codes worked, so I immediately contacted the property manager. I was informed that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and that if the rooms were cleaned earlier, we would be notified and allowed to enter sooner. From 10:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., no one entered or left the hotel. We had to wait outside the property with our luggage, and the owner never contacted us again with any update. I consider this to be both disrespectful toward guests and poor customer service. When we finally entered the room, we found ants next to the bed, and I had to buy an ant spray myself. The balcony, which only one of the rooms has, was not just dirty—it was absolutely filthy. The other room, which was advertised on Booking.com as having a balcony, actually had only a small, barracks-style window. Out of all the rooms in this property, only three have balconies. The rooms facing the street have small square windows and are also smaller. I don't know whether the interior apartments have any windows or balconies, but considering that the building is surrounded by other buildings, I doubt they have much natural light or any view at all. The washing machine, which is listed in the Booking.com description as being inside the apartment, is not actually in the apartment. There is only one washing machine, and it is located at the entrance of the building. Inside the apartment, everything is of very low quality, with no recognizable brands. The washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, and other appliances appear to have been purchased as cheaply as possible simply to make the apartment look well-equipped. In reality, they feel cheap and poorly made. Finally, the mattress that so many people praise—the so-called latex memory foam mattress—is a complete disappointment.
