− Everything. The room was cold n not clean, shower was broken, TV was not well positioned, sliding door was not working so we slept with an open door, there were no enough blankets, there was no bar fridge as advertised, no cutlery, no nothing just a Kettle. Their electric cables were lying on the floor recklessly so, we found only half toilet paper with a very poor quality. The bulb was not working, curtains were way too dirty that we we afraid of opening them thinking they'll be torn because they were so dirty n light, there was no dustbin, the room was smelly
