10.0Un appartement très pratique, proche de tout, vraiment rien à dire ! Le propriétaire est accueillant et très gentil, et joignable en cas de besoin. L'emplacement est super : à 5 minutes de la plage, proche d'Agadir, avec un Carrefour à 15 minutes, et également proche de Taghazout et d'autres plages. Franchement, super appartement propre avec des chambres propres séparées (dont un petit balcon dans la chambre des parents), situé dans une résidence calme, avec plusieurs hanouts en bas. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable en famille (moi, mon mari et mes deux ados). On pouvait cuisiner, il y avait tout l'essentiel à disposition, même des épices, et la machine à laver s'est avérée très pratique. Côté sécurité, la voiture était bien gardée grâce aux caméras de surveillance et aux gardiens 24h/24, ce qui nous a permis d'être totalement sereins de jour comme de nuit. Pour le prix et l'emplacement, cet appartement à Anza offre un rapport qualité-prix vraiment imbattable. Un grand merci au propriétaire ! Il va bientôt rajouter la climatisation, ce sera donc encore mieux. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

− The smell was not good! I think it's closer to some chemical companies. The apartment could be better furnished than what is offered by the owner. In general, highly recommended for short stay in the area.

8.0Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura era pulita, accogliente e ben organizzata. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile fin dal primo momento, permettendoci anche di effettuare il check-in prima dell'orario previsto. Ha risposto rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e ci tornerei volentieri.

10.0The area was quiet, it was walking distance to the beach. There were a few nice places to eat and a supermarket for essentials. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a lift, It was airy and clean. The owner greeted us on arrival and answered all our questions and was available if needed. It was easy to get transport into Agadir or further along the coast. Great area for surfers. I would say the apartment isn't luxury, but it provided excellent value for money.
